Exporting your purchase
If you're exporting your Trade Tested purchase overseas, you may be eligible for a GST refund on the purchase price.
How to claim a GST refund
- Place your order and arrange delivery or pickup as normal
- Once the goods are ready for export, arrange your own international shipping
- Obtain a Bill of Lading from your shipping provider
- Send us the Bill of Lading by emailing support@tradetested.co.nz
- We'll process the GST refund once we have the documentation
Important notes
- The Bill of Lading is required: we can't process a GST refund without it
- Trade Tested delivers within New Zealand only. You'll need to arrange your own international shipping
- Export orders may use a different processing priority at our warehouse
