We offer a range of payment options to make your purchase easy.
Credit and debit cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can pay securely online at checkout or over the phone by calling us on 0800 800 880.
Digital wallets
Apple Pay and Google Pay are available at checkout for a quick and easy payment experience.
PayPal
You can pay with your PayPal account at checkout.
Afterpay
Buy now and pay later in 4 fortnightly instalments, interest-free. Afterpay is available at checkout for eligible orders up to $2,000.
Bank transfer
You can pay by direct bank deposit. Our bank details are:

Important: Always include your order number as the payment reference so we can match the payment to your order.
In-store payment
You can pay in person when collecting your order from our Auckland or Christchurch showroom.
Finance options
Afterpay
Pay in 4 fortnightly instalments, interest-free. Select Afterpay at checkout for eligible orders.
Lay-by
Lay-by is available on request. Get in touch with us and we can arrange this for you.
Interest-free finance
We offer interest-free finance for 6 to 12 months on qualifying purchases. Contact us to find out more and get set up.
Secure payment links
If you've received a quote or invoice from us, it may include a secure online payment link. You can use this link to pay by credit card at any time. It's pre-filled with your order details for convenience.
Commercial and trade orders
For commercial and trade customers, we accept:
- Credit card payment over the phone
- Bank deposit (account details are on your invoice)
- Secure payment link included on quotes and invoices
- Payment terms for approved commercial accounts

Payment troubleshooting
Payment failed or not going through
If your payment isn't completing, here are a few things to try:
- Double-check that your card details are entered correctly (card number, expiry date, and CVC).
- Check with your bank. Some banks require you to approve online purchases through their banking app.
- Try a different web browser, or clear your browser cache and try again.
- Make sure your card is enabled for online transactions.
- Try an alternative payment method such as PayPal, bank transfer, or paying over the phone.
If you're still having trouble, give us a call on 0800 800 880 and we can process the payment over the phone for you.
Payment went through but no confirmation email
If you've been charged but didn't receive a confirmation email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check your bank statement to confirm the charge went through.
- Contact us with your order details and we'll look into it for you.
Duplicate charges
If you notice a duplicate charge on your account:
- Check whether you may have accidentally placed more than one order.
- If it's a genuine duplicate charge, contact us and we'll arrange a refund for the extra amount.
Refunds
