How to track your order
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you'll get an email with tracking details, a tracking link and number to follow your delivery in real time.
Understanding your tracking email
Your dispatch confirmation email will include:
- Your order number
- A tracking number
- A direct tracking link to check your delivery status
- The courier company handling your delivery
Click the tracking link in your email, or copy and paste the tracking number into the courier's website.

You don't usually need to contact carriers directly (we handle that for you), but the numbers are here if you'd like to check on a delivery yourself.
Expected delivery timeframes
Once dispatched, here are the typical delivery windows:
- Small parcels (CourierPost): 1–4 business days
- Large and freight items (Fliway, TGE): 3–10 business days, depending on your location
- Auckland Metro Freight: typically delivers within 72 hours of dispatch across the Auckland region
- Rural and remote areas: May take an additional 1–5 business days
freight deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours only.
Order processing time
Before your order is dispatched, it goes through our warehouse processing. This typically takes 24–48 hours from the time you place your order. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details via email.
Multiple shipments
Some orders are sent in multiple shipments, especially if:
- Items were dispatched from different warehouse locations
- Some items required a different courier due to size or weight
- Batteries and chargers are included. These are classified as dangerous goods and must ship separately, typically arriving 1–2 days later
If your order has multiple shipments, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each one. Check your email for multiple dispatch confirmations, and track each shipment separately.
Separate battery and charger shipments
If your order includes a battery and charger (for example, with power tools), these items are shipped separately from the main unit. This is because batteries and chargers are classified as dangerous goods and must be handled by specialist couriers.
You'll receive a separate tracking number for your battery and charger shipment. They typically arrive within the standard delivery timeframe but may be 1–2 days after your main product. This is completely normal and expected for safety reasons.
My tracking shows "booked" or "in transit"
If your tracking shows your order has been booked with the courier or is in transit, this means it's on its way to you. Tracking updates as your parcel moves through the courier network.
For weekend bookings, couriers typically don't operate on Sundays, so parcels booked on Saturday or Sunday will usually begin their journey on Monday.
Confirmed order status
When you get in touch to check, we may confirm we have a 'confirmed order' in our system. That means your order has been received and is being processed for dispatch. Usually 24–48 hours (2-4 working days during busy periods), then you'll get tracking details by email.
I haven't received a tracking email
If you haven't received a dispatch email with tracking details, here are a few things to check:
- Check your spam or junk folder: automated emails sometimes end up there
- Check the email address on your order: make sure it's correct. If you mistyped your email address during checkout, you won't receive order updates. Get in touch with your order number and we can update your email address and resend the tracking details.
- Allow time for processing: orders typically dispatch within 24–48 hours from time of purchase, but can take longer during busy periods
If it's been several days and you still haven't received tracking details, get in touch with your order number and we can provide an update.
Checking order status
If you want to know if your order is ready for pickup or check its current status, wait for your dispatch or "Pickup Information" email before heading in. For pickup orders, we'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. For delivery orders, your tracking email will show the current delivery status.
If you haven't received an update and would like to check on your order, get in touch with your order number and we can provide the latest status.
Tracking shows delivered but part of my order is missing
If your tracking shows delivered but you've only received some of your items, check for multiple tracking numbers. Orders are sometimes split into separate shipments, with each shipment having its own tracking number. Check your email for additional dispatch confirmations.
If you can't locate tracking for missing items or need assistance, get in touch with your order number and we'll check the status for you.
I can't find my tracking number in my emails
If you've checked your inbox and spam folder but still can't locate your tracking email, get in touch with your order number. We can look up your tracking details and resend them to you.
Common reason for missing emails: the email address on your order may have been mistyped during checkout. If this is the case, we can update your email address and resend all order communications to the correct address.

When you receive your dispatch email, your tracking information might look like this:

You can click the link provided, or copy and paste the tracking number into the courier's tracking website listed above.
