Pickup locations
You can collect your order from either of our showrooms:

How to arrange a pickup
You can choose pickup when placing your order online -- just select "Pickup" at checkout and choose your preferred showroom (Auckland or Christchurch).
If you've already placed an order for delivery and would like to switch to pickup instead, just get in touch with us before your order is dispatched and we'll arrange it for you.
The Christchurch Showroom is not an ordinary retail store. While we have a range of our most popular products on display, most stock is kept in our Auckland warehouse.
Please note not all products are held in stock, so to avoid disappointment, place your order and wait for us to notify you that your order is ready before coming to pickup. If your order is in stock you will be notified straight away.
When your order is ready
Once your order is ready for collection, you'll receive a "Pickup Information" email. Please wait for this email before visiting the showroom, as some items may need to be prepared.
After you receive the pickup notification, your order will be held at the showroom for approximately 7 days. If you need more time, just let us know.
What to bring
When you arrive at the showroom, head to the front desk with:
- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- Photo ID (driver's licence)
Our team will retrieve your order from the warehouse -- this usually takes about 10 minutes. We're happy to help load items into your vehicle.
Tip: For large items like sheds, outdoor furniture, or BBQs, make sure you bring an appropriately sized vehicle.
Someone else collecting on your behalf
If a friend, family member, or colleague is collecting your order for you, that's absolutely fine. Just let us know their full name before they visit, and we'll note it on your order so everything goes smoothly.
The person collecting will need to bring:
- Their own photo ID (driver's licence)
- Your order number or confirmation email
This helps us verify that the right person is collecting your order and keeps everything secure.
Stock availability
Most products are available for pickup from our Auckland showroom. Each product listing on our website will show if this stock is readily available in Auckland or Christchurch for immediate pickup. If you'd like to collect from Christchurch and the item isn't currently in stock there, the wait depends on the type of item:
- Courier items (smaller parcels): typically 2–4 days from Auckland.
- Larger freight items (anything that ships via Fliway, TGE, or Auckland Metro Freight): typically 2–3 weeks, because these items wait for the next freight container heading south.
If you'd rather not wait, we can arrange courier delivery to your address as a faster alternative.
If an item is out of stock at both locations, we'll let you know the expected arrival date.
Collecting from a courier depot
If your order has already been dispatched with a courier, you may be able to collect it directly from their depot instead of waiting for delivery. Contact us and we'll provide you with the carrier's details and your tracking number so you can arrange depot collection.
couriers typically hold parcels for approximately one week before returning them to us.
Payment
You can pay for your order:
- In advance: online, over the phone, or by bank transfer
- On collection: at the showroom when you pick up your order
If you've paid by bank transfer, please allow up to 24 hours for the payment to clear and be allocated to your order before you head in to collect. We can't release stock until the payment shows on our side.
