On each product page you'll typically find:

Common product questions

Here are some of the most common questions customers have, and where to find the answers:

Does this product have self-drive?

For lawnmowers and similar equipment, check the product specifications section on the product page. Self-propelled or self-drive functionality will be clearly listed in the features if available. If it's not mentioned in the specifications, the model doesn't include that feature.

What type of engine does this have?

For generators, lawnmowers, and other petrol-powered equipment, the engine type (two-stroke or four-stroke) will be listed in the product specifications if applicable. If you can't find this information on the product page, get in touch and we can confirm the engine type for you.

Do you sell this product individually?

Some products (such as roof racks, fence panels, or accessories) may be sold individually rather than as sets. Check the product description for details like "sold individually" or "price per unit". If it's not clear from the product page, get in touch and we can confirm whether the item is sold individually or as part of a set.

Dimensions and measurements

Need clarification on the measurements shown on a product page? Happy to help. Common questions include:

• Assembled vs. packaged dimensions: whether the listed sizes refer to the product once built or while still in the box
• Internal vs. external measurements: for sheds, storage boxes, fridges, and similar products
• What is included in the measurement: for example, whether the height includes the base or feet

The dimensions listed in the product name and specifications are always accurate. If a product is described as 3m x 5m, those measurements are from corner to corner and represent the true shape and size.

Covers, curtains, and panel sizing

For products like gazebo curtains, awning covers, or multi-panel accessories, the dimensions can sometimes seem confusing. Here's what you need to know:

• Panel dimensions refer to the size of each individual curtain or cover section
• Overall product dimensions refer to the entire structure the panels are designed to fit
• Curtains and covers are typically model-specific: designed to fit particular frame sections of a gazebo or structure
• Multiple panels can often be zipped together to enclose additional sides

For example, a gazebo curtain might measure 214cm x 214cm per panel, designed to fit a specific section of a 4.3m (430cm) gazebo. The panel dimensions are the size of each curtain piece, not the overall gazebo measurement.
