Checking if a product is in stock

You can check the availability of any product directly on our website at tradetested.co.nz. Stock levels update in real time, so what you see on the product page reflects our current availability.

If a product is showing as in stock, you can order it straight from the product page. If you'd prefer to place your order over the phone, give us a call on 0800 800 880 and we'll be happy to help.

What if a product is out of stock?

Estimated restock date available

When we know when a product is due back in stock, we'll display the estimated restock timeframe on the product page. If you'd like to be notified when it becomes available, get in touch and we can let you know as soon as it arrives.

No restock date available

Sometimes we don't have a confirmed restock date. In this case, we recommend keeping an eye on the product page. It updates automatically when new shipments arrive.

Pre-orders

Some out-of-stock products can be pre-ordered. If pre-ordering is available, it will be shown on the product page. When you pre-order, payment is taken at the time of ordering and we'll provide you with an estimated arrival date.

Discontinued products

If a product has been discontinued and is no longer available, we may be able to suggest a similar alternative from our range. Feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help you find something suitable.

Visiting our showrooms

Want to see a product in person before buying? You're welcome to visit one of our showrooms:

• Auckland: 80 Kahakaha Lane, Māngere (our largest range on display)
• Christchurch: a more compact selection

not all products shown on the website are available to view in-store. If there's something specific you'd like to see, contact us beforehand and we can confirm whether it's on display.

If you're looking to purchase in larger quantities or need commercial pricing, our dedicated commercial team can put together a quote for you. Just let us know the products and quantities you're interested in and we'll get back to you with pricing.
