We deliver throughout New Zealand only. We don't ship internationally.

You don't usually need to contact carriers directly. We handle that for you. The numbers are here if you want to check on a delivery yourself.

during busy periods such as sales events or public holidays, dispatch from our warehouse may take a little longer than usual. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
Delivery costs
- Shipping prices are displayed on each product page and calculated at checkout based on your location
- Costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order
- Many products offer free shipping: look for the free shipping badge on the product page
- Rural deliveries may incur additional charges, which will be shown at checkout

How your order is dispatched
- You place your order and payment is confirmed
- Your items are picked and packed
- You receive a Dispatch Confirmation email with your tracking details
- The carrier collects your order and delivers it to your address
When we dispatch your order
- Orders placed and paid for before 11:00 am on a business day are usually picked up by the carrier the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 am are usually picked up the next business day.
- For items over 30 kg, the carrier may need an extra day to arrange pickup from our warehouse.
- Delivery estimates are based on the bulk of deliveries to your area, exact timing depends on the carrier and your location.
Split shipments
Some orders are delivered in more than one shipment:
- Batteries and chargers are often shipped separately as dangerous goods via CourierPost, even if the main item is sent by freight
- Large orders may be split across multiple cartons or carriers
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number, included in your dispatch emails
If part of your order has arrived but other items are still on the way, don't worry, the remaining items are being processed and you'll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
Freight delivery, what to expect
For large items delivered by freight carriers (Fliway, TGE, or Auckland Metro Freight):
- Delivery is weekdays only, during business hours
- Someone should be home to receive the delivery
- The carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time
- Delivery is to the ground floor or doorstep: carriers are unable to take items upstairs or inside your home
- For very large items such as sheds or log cabins, delivery is to the kerbside (tailgate drop)
Pickup and collection options
- Fliway depot collection: In some areas, you can collect freight items from a Fliway depot. This can be a more affordable option for large items. Depots hold parcels for around 7 days before they're returned to us, so it's worth arranging pickup within that window.

Self-pickup: You're welcome to collect your order in person from one of our locations:
- Auckland: 80 Kahakaha Lane, Māngere
- Christchurch: 9 Commerce Crescent, Islington
- Showroom hours: Mon–Sat, 9am – 5pm

| What if I'm not home? | For small parcels, CourierPost may leave your parcel in a safe place or leave a card to collect from your nearest post shop. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to reschedule. |
| Do you deliver to islands (e.g. Waiheke)? | Yes, we deliver to islands throughout New Zealand. Delivery may take a little longer and additional charges may apply. You can check the cost at checkout. |
Delivery hold fees
We can hold your order for 2 weeks free of charge. After that, a weekly storage fee applies:

If you need to split your order into separate deliveries (for example, if part of your order is on pre-order), additional shipping costs may apply depending on the items:
